Stream posting policy

By default, anyone who belongs to a stream can also send messages to the stream. However, sometimes it's useful to have a stream (often a default stream) where only certain users can send messages.

1. Select a stream.

2. On the right, click [Change] next to the description of the stream permissions.

3. Under "Who can post to the stream?", select the option you prefer.

4. Click Save changes.
