Fixes https://linear.app/chatwoot/issue/CW-5641/add-the-support-for-variables-in-whatsapp-campaign-templates This PR adds liquid variable support to WhatsApp campaigns, enabling dynamic per-contact personalization. It supports the same liquid variables as SMS campaigns ({{contact.name}}, {{contact.email}}, etc.).
