Jason Michalski 9c4764fe68 Set the read flag on a message in unread.mark_messages_as_read ... I could not find where we were setting the read flag on messages in response to a update_message_flags event. This fixes a bug where a user's read position will not be correctly synced in muted streams. For muted streams the cursor updates seem to force the client to mark the messages as read.
