This commit adds settings_text_input class to text inputs in settings, stream settings and user group settings pages. This class is used to set the width of inputs to 206px, as we will be removing the boostrap rule which sets width of the input in further commits. |

Zulip overview
Zulip is an open-source team collaboration tool with unique topic-based threading that combines the best of email and chat to make remote work productive and delightful.
