Lauryn Menard db3b574d91 docs: Update new feature tutorial for changes and toy feature. ... Updates the new feature tutorial to guide new contributors through creating a new Realm setting that does not exist. The toy feature is called my_fantastic_feature. Also makes revisions for out-of-date information in the tutorial, such as the move from `help/` to `starlight_help`. Also adds in tips for using git-grep to learn about and navigate the codebase.
