Waseem Daher a58876e733 Make all "a"s have cursor: pointer by default. ... In specific, this solves the problem of the links in the stream "right-click menu" not having the little hand icon, uncovered in our last usability study. But even better, it also sets a more sane default -- if you're an "a" and you *don't* want the hand, you have to explicitly remove it.
