The recent view folder filter dropdown and filtered rows were not updating when channels were moved into or out of folders, when subscriptions changed, or when folders were created, renamed, or reordered. Call `complete_rerender()` in the relevant event handlers to keep the folder filter in sync, matching the existing pattern used for mute changes.
