Aman Agrawal cb2d95d9ad hashchange: Don't narrow to default_view on #reload. ... When the hash changes to `#reload...` before a reload, the app tries to show default_view since there is no `case` handled for it. What we want to do is ignore this hashchange, since we're about to be reloaded (so it's not helpful) and if the timing is wrong, it can cause the browser to reload back to "Recent topics" rather than saving the user's view.
