Scott Feeney a7eaddefa5 Fix race condition for sidebar "Stream settings" ... The sidebar link now uses a one-time event handler for a custom event, subs_page_loaded.zephyr. If the streams page is already open, we can't rely on the event so we expand the stream in question immediately.
