Jessica McKellar a76977f57f tutorial: don't let the tutorial recommend saying hi on a non-existent stream. ... Previously we added some names to your subs to use them as examples during the tutorial. We no longer do that, but the tutorial could pick a name from that list to recommend that you say hi on, even if you aren't subbed.
