Ubuntu 22.04 pushed a post-feature-freeze update to Python 3.10, breaking virtual environments in a Debian patch (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python3.10/+bug/1962791). This directory contains scripts that:

Generally do not require access to Django or the database (those are "management commands"), and thus are suitable to run operationally.
