Leo Franchi 67a41143f5 [manual] Add rabbitmq monitoring to munin. 
When deploying to prod, this will require a manual install of the
rabbitmq_* files to /etc/munin/plugins/ and an edit of
/etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/munin-node.conf
