Lauryn Menard 48df3d87e1 docs: Update non-language specific `docs/translating/` to use channel. Updates descriptive text that refer to Zulip channels in the `docs/translating` files to use channel instead of stream, except for guides for specific languages as those should be updated by the translation teams themselves.
