This is fairly often -- though not always! -- failing, with a nasty failure mode where it takes like 6 minutes to time out. See discussion on #7748 (search for "bad link"). Actually, after seeing it happen just now when running test-documentation on my laptop, on some other link, it occurs to me that I've seen this before -- it's fairly common in Travis, too. It's just that it doesn't actually cause the build to fail :-/, and on Travis we haven't been paying as close attention to slow builds as we are on Circle right now. |

Zulip overview
Zulip is a powerful, open source group chat application that combines the immediacy of real-time chat with the productivity benefits of threaded conversations. Zulip is used by open source projects, Fortune 500 companies, large standards bodies, and others who need a real-time chat system that allows users to easily process hundreds or thousands of messages a day. With over 300 contributors merging over 500 commits a month, Zulip is also the largest and fastest growing open source group chat project.
