051d448bc0 invite modal: Fix sorting of roles.
Previously, we would show the guest role oddly between organization
administrator and organization owner.

We preserve the property that the Member role is the default.

63389b3bd3 invite: Add option to invite user as an organization owner.
We can now invite new users as realm owners. We restrict only
owners to invite new users as owners both for single invite
and multiuse invite link. Also, only owners can revoke or resend
owner invitations.

69eadf6001 invite_user: Left-aligned the elements in invite users screen.
This change allows the stream names to fit in one line when
we have a long string particularly for notifications stream
with a message 'recieves notifications for new streams'.

6d92d628a6 scrollbar: Add data-simplebar-auto-hide=False to several modals.
We're changing our style to always show the scrollbar on the right
pane of modals, because that makes it consistently clear when there
are more items below.

01613e71fb ui: Replace set_up_scrollbar with data-simplebar attribute.
With perfectScrollbar, we needed to call a function from JavaScript to
enable a scrollbar on a new element, but simplebar has a much simpler
default API one can do by using data-simplebar attributes in the HTML.

So we can delete all the scrollbar creation/deletion code.

c61bccb671 invite: Remove spurious <hr> from invite modal.
I suspect this made sense in a previous design, but doesn't really make
sense now.

09ab874642 Revert "invite: Fix non-admins inviting new users."
This reverts the temporary fix done in commit
46f4e58782 and replaced it with the fix that
non-admins should be able to see a dropdown to select a non-admin type of
invited user i.e. normal member or guest user.

42c262b807 invite: Replace invite_as_admin usage with invite_as.
Since we have already added the `invite_as` field to models, we can now
replace usage of `invite_as_admin` properly with its equivalent `invite_as
== PreregistrationUser.INVITE_AS['REALM_ADMIN']`.

Hence, also removed now redundant `invite_as`.

162e3444d7 HTML validation: Fix <label for="…"> references.
These must refer to the id of an existing form control; id_username
doesn’t exist and streams_to_add isn’t a form control.

1703e23980 templates: Move all core app templates into a subdirectory.
This should make it easier to find the templates that are actually
part of the core webapp, instead of having them all mixed together
with the portico pages.
