Previously, the number of subscribers was displayed on channel pills.
This commit removes the subscriber count from the channel pills and
adds it to the channel cards. The count is styled similarly to the
number of group members in group cards, with the text 'N subscribers'
(or '1 subscriber' for single subscribers).
Fixes: #32235.
Shows a stream info popover whenever a channel pill is clicked (such
as in the pill widgets for adding subscribers to a channel or
invitations). The stream info popover contains channel icon and name,
channel description and a link to channel settings.
Fixes#30567.
This commit is part of a bigger project to remove custom logic in
the input_pill module. This commit move us away from a world where
we have a `display_value` that's used as identifying information
for a pill as well as for what we display to the user. Now individual
widgets can configure how they come up with a display value based
on the data of that type of pill.
Note: The change in the stream pill test for setting subscribers
for denmark is fixing an issue that wasn't discoverable before.
There always should have been three subscribers.
Change type annotations of get_user_ids and create_item_from_stream_name
to accept CombinedPillContainer and InputPillItem<CombinedPillItem>
respectively.
`pill_typeahead`, and possibly other places, call `typeahead_source`
for what were typed as different pill widgets but is actually
all the same combined pill widget that has pills of users, user
groups, and streams. This commit fixes that typing issue in
preparaton for the upcoming conversion of `pill_typeahead` to
TypeScript.
The pill typeahead can have pills of three different types:
user, stream, and user_group. To be able to convert this
module to typescript, we need to add a `type` attribute
to differentiate between them.
This commit also adds a `user_or_mention` type to some
items in the composebox typeahead, because the composebox
typeahead shares some functions with the pill typeahead
and we need to be able to differentiate between the
pill types being passed there.
