This is a followup to #31965 where we added
support for a new syntax for message links.
The frontend markdown processor didn't local
echo the syntax properly, resulting in a
rendering glitch in the messages.
Show user card popover for scheduled messages overlay, compose box
preview, message edit preview, message edit history.
`.messagebox` was chosen as the selector since that was the nearest
parent class that was common for all of the above.
`@all` does not have a popover and that's why it will have the same
pointer as its parent element. We also introduce a new class called
`.user-mention-all` for managing css rules specific to that mention.
Adds "channel" to the `stream_wildcards` frozenset for stream
wildcard notifications on the backend/server.
Updates frontend/web-app to handle "channel" as the other stream
wildcards are handled in the typeahead and composebox modules.
Updates the API version and documentation for the addition of
"channel" as a wildcard mention. But does not change any of the
functionailty of (or deprecate) the "stream" wildcard at this
point.
Part of project to rename "stream" to "channel".
