Previously, we maintained separate registeries for the screenshot
configurations - `WEBHOOK_SCREENSHOT_CONFIG`,
`FIXTURELESS_SCREENSHOT_CONFIG`, `DOC_SCREENSHOT_CONFIG`. Now, all
integration-related configuration is in a single registry
`INTEGRATIONS`.
Updated all mentions of DOC_SCREENSHOT_CONFIG in the docs.
We redirect existing URLs to the new URLs. We want to use
`/integrations/category/{category_slug}` for categories and
`/integrations/{integration_name}` instead of
`/integrations/doc/{integration_name}` for individual integrations page.
This does not include any screenshot configs, just defining the format,
and loading FIXTURELESS_SCREENSHOT_CONFIG from the file.

This commit generally improves the formatting and phrasing in certain
sections of the page, and is kept separate to distinguish these changes
from the content-related doc updates in the upcoming commits.

When moving content between the include files and the docs files while
copy pasting them, there was a need to change the imports everytime
this was done. This was inconvenient to do.
We considered path aliases to solve this problem but not all editors
support path resolution via those aliases and thus we change the
directory structure instead.
We change imports for components, include files and images in this
commit.
See
https://chat.zulip.org/#narrow/channel/19-documentation/topic/confused.20about.20include.20file
for more info.
Astro was importing these images and doing it's own processing anyways,
there was not a reason for these images to stay in the static folder.
For channels-and-topics.png, we keep the help center directory as the
source directory for two symlinks since that is where the image is
likely to stay the longest.
Zulip production suite / ${{ matrix.name }} (zulip/ci:bookworm, --test-custom-db, Debian 12 production install with custom db name and user, bookworm) (push) Has been cancelled
Zulip production suite / ${{ matrix.name }} (zulip/ci:jammy, , Ubuntu 22.04 production install and PostgreSQL upgrade with pgroonga, jammy) (push) Has been cancelled
The help center documentation now uses astro/starlight, so the
contributor documentation is updated here for the general changes
to that documentation, such as where to find files, and features
and components used in that documentation.
Moves features that are still used for integrations and API docs,
to those guides, e.g., tabbed sections and our macros system, so
that we still have documentation for those systems/features.

Edited the git-append-branches.md macro to match the previous
git-branches-additional-feature.md macro, and moved it inside the
webhook-url-with-bot-email.md macro, as it's only ever used
immediately after that macro.
- generate-integration-url.md has been long replaced by the
generate-webhook-url-basic.md.
- webhook-url.md was only being used inside the above macro.
The `append-channel-name` and `append-topic` macros' instructions are
unnecessary as the topic and channel names are now part of the generated
URL.
The `git-webhook-url-branches` macro becomes equivalent to
`git-append-branches` with the auto-generation of the URL.
The `SITE` variable mentioned in the removed text seems to no
longer be part of the integrations system.
Removed the second bullet point documenting the macro to create
an incoming webhook instruction.
Fixes the URLRedirects for "help/about-streams-and-topics" and
"help/streams-and-topics" to go to "/help/introduction-to-topics"
since "help/channels-and-topics" has been redirected to that URL.
When updating the codebase for URL redirects for help center article
renames, we note that the content for zulip update announcements
should keep the old URL/name for the article. It's preferable that
the source code accurately reflect what users received for these
announcments and the redirect will ensure that these links continue
to work.
Using an if block when {!event-filtering-additional-feature.md!}
is used implied that we plan to have this in all webhook doc .md
files.
But, it actually makes sense to only use this macro when the
webhook integration actually supports event filtering.
Updates all the https://chat.zulip.org/#narrow/stream/ links in the
docs and comments to use the new /channel/ path. All these links are
for documentation/reference purposes only and thus, can be bulk-updated.
This commit is a part of the effort to rename stream to channel.
Updates descriptive text that refer to Zulip channels in the
`docs/documentation` files to use channel instead of stream.
Part of the stream to channel rename project.
This commit relocates all the scripts in the tools directory which
are used for auto-generating screenshots to the new
tools/screenshots directory to avoid cluttering the tools/ root.
Updates API and contributor documentation for writing integrations
for the new `generate-integration-url.md` macro. Removes all
refrences to `create-bot-construct-url.md`, which was removed in
the previous commit.
Almost all users of JsonSuccessBase seem to also include
SuccessDescription. /server_settings used a different description from
the rest of the JsonSuccessBase users, but the difference is small
enough that using the generic description of the former
SuccessDescription is fine.
This includes changing the URL to #settings/preferences, with a
transparent redirect so that existing links, like the one from Welcome
Bot, continue to work.
