Bilal Godil 8da5646fab Merge origin/dev into cl/hexclave-rename-pr5 (package version bump 1.0.5)
origin/dev bumped all package versions to 1.0.5. Rename detection
propagated the bump to our renamed packages (stack-shared→shared, etc.).

Conflict: packages/init-stack/package.json (modify/delete) — kept our
deletion (init-stack was renamed to packages/cli). Verified all bumped
packages are at 1.0.5 with none stranded at the old version.
