Reworded Stack Auth -> Hexclave in restricted-users.mdx; renamed stack-app.mdx (guides + sdk/objects) and use-stack-app.mdx -> hexclave-app / use-hexclave-app; updated docs.json slugs + cross-links and added redirects from old slugs.
