Step 7: getStackStripe, expandStackPortPrefix, __stack_* prisma/email markers, StackAdminAppContext, is/getStackAppTokenInternals, data-stack-handler-page, createStackMcpHandler -> hexclave*. App-internal only. Kept: stack-scope CSS (shipped/published UI contract), legacy stack-auth-side helpers. typecheck + lint green.
