in the sidebar for inboxes and labels.
In this PR:
* added api for unread counts
* Added the store refresher and invalidation with event listeners
* Added action cable event
* Added specs for the changes

- Add API support for creating a thread
- Add API support for creating a message
- Remove uuid from thread (no longer required, we will use existing
websocket connection to send messages)

This PR addresses several items listed in our rubocop_todo by implementing the necessary corrections and enhancements. As a result, we are now able to remove the rubocop_todo file entirely, streamlining our codebase and ensuring adherence to our coding standards.
