smallfawn	f317abf5a2	Update README: scripts, ql command, disclaimer ... Reformat README: replace the old table with a titled script list that includes last-updated timestamps for each script. Simplify the QingLong repo pull command to use the GitHub URL (removed the ghproxy variant) and add a disclaimer clarifying the scripts are for learning/testing only and not for commercial use.
